Introducing training in weapons for performance and competition

Service Description

These classes alternate with regular competition training and will focus on using training aids such as bo and jo staff, bokken and various other classical Okinawan and Japanese weapons. All training aids used will be safe versions to practice with and taught under strict supervision. The focus will be to nurture interest in training for performance demonstrations and competition.
